Emergency support is charged by-the-hour, plus transportation if necessary. Support contracts entitle you to routine maintenance, optional 24/7 monitoring, and preferential treatment when emergencies occur. We specialize in Internet-related services, and maintain an awareness of current trends and software, as well as current security issues for all the environments in which we work. In addition, we can provide packaged solutions such as turnkey WWW or Internet connectivity services. Maintenance contracts for such servers tend to be fairly inexpensive. ;-) A maintenance contract is completely customizable. If you need detailed reports of every aspect of work done, we build it into the contract. All rates are negotiated after an initial assessment of your system and management requirements.
