TAPAC MEMBER
Marstech has been a member of the TAPAC TTF (Technical Task Force) and ATF (Administration Task Force) for many years and has now been accepted as a member of TAPAC (Terminal Attachment Program Advisory Committee) for Industry Canada.
FCC
The FCC no longer registers terminal equipment. Registration is now provided by ACTA. ACTA registration can be obtained in 2 ways:
Marstech Limited provides both services to our clients. Working closely with our TCB, we provide timely FCC Certification(s) and Registration(s).
FREE SDoC MANAGEMENT
Use Marstech for Part 68 testing and we will file your data to ACTA at no additional charge*.
* Letter of intent must be issued.
* ACTA fees apply as applicable.
* You must have an office in the USA
* You must appoint Marstech as an official ACTA filer on your behalf.
* Marstech test procedures must be filed with ACTA referenced to the filed data.
* You must agree to Part 68 Continuing Compliance testing at least at the required 1 year interval.
* You must have a company registration number assigned by ACTA or the FCC.
* The SDoC Registration fee is US$300. Note: If you do not post your SDoC on your website, you must pay ACTA an additional US$300. for them to post your SDoC on their website.
